Description[]
B-40
is one of the many Entities that lurk within ROOMS: Low Detailed, being the fifth entity to be encountered within the B-Section, and the twenty-first entity you will encounter throughout the game as a whole. More information about B-40 will be presented in the following sections below.
Appearance[]
B-40 appearance resembles a distorted version of the winning smile made by Roblox, featuring red static effects. Initially, B-40 had an older version before receiving the latest update. The older version closely resembled the winning smile made by Roblox. However, the current iteration of B-40 exhibits noticeable distortions and static effects, setting it apart from the previous version.
Behavior[]
When a door is opened, B-40 will have a random chance to spawn. However, if B-40 does happen to spawn, a television can be seen in the room. Once the television is in the room, it will make a "click" noise indicating it is turning on, and the screen on the television will start to turn red. Once the screen is red, B-40's face can be seen in the television. After a brief period of idling, B-40 will begin to plead for help, expressing a desire to escape from the television, banging on the television, all while saying the following:
"LET ME OUT PLEASE, I BEG YOU, PLEASE LET ME OUT PLEASE, LET ME OUT, LET ME OUT, LET ME OUT"
After B-40 finishes the sentence, it will then break out of the television and start checking every locker within the current room, killing all players that it finds within it's range, either in a locker or in close proximity. Once B-40 has finished checking all the lockers, it will then go back to the television, stay there for a few seconds, and then it will go back in the television, where it will then turn off, and B-40 face on the television will slowly fade away, along with the television shortly after.
Strategy & Tips[]
First of all, Do NOT get scammed by B-40 . the begging request is FAKE, if you really trust it, it will pop out of the TV and kill you.
Once B-40 spawns, it's advised to go into a table or any of the previous rooms in any available hiding spot. This is because B-40 checks all the lockers in the current room.
If you're struggling to find a table, you can open the next door right before B-40 exits the television, and hide quickly inside a locker in the previous room where it can't get you. Be aware that opening the next door after it exits the television will make this strategy inaffective.
In case any other hiding spot checker spawns, such as B-120
, B-140
, B-244
Mouth 
, for example, hide in the previous room, as it will keep you safe from them, if any of them are present. Don't hide too close to B-120however.
You can destroy B-40's TV by using a hammer and B-40 will not spawn, instead, the TV will get destroyed.

- B-40 had an old image that looked like the Winning Smile face, that being it's original image.
- B-40 was legitimately confirmed that it was a ripoff of A-150 from Interminable Rooms.
- B-40 might not kill you if you are at a decent distance.
- B-40 hitbox range is around 12.
- B-40 new design was made by developer/contributor Diskoy.
- According to the creator of B-40 redesign, it looks "cute", because it's appearance is supposed to be based of a cartoon show.
- B-40 is actually blind.
- B-40 original image is used for many Roblox horror games.
- B-40 is grouped with the TV, along with the group's name "B-40".
- B-40 is tied with G-88 for the most hostile variants (counting Event Exclusive and Insane/Hardcore mode entities.)
